Data Manager Xtreme (DMX) is our spatial data management platform built from the ground up to solve the data life cycle issues associated with fast-paced utility projects. DMX is a secure web-based application with a simple interface that allows users to view property boundaries overlaid on street maps or aerial imagery base maps, identify the status of title, check survey permission, access landowner & assessor information, and alignment distances across each parcel.
Links to necessary completion documents, such as deeds, easements and title, can be accessed and viewed from any device. Agents can view and edit information in the field directly from their smartphone, tablet, or desktop and the data is displayed in real-time to other stakeholders. User permissions can be restricted per login to manage access levels and limit editing privileges. Project data can also be instantly downloaded at any time in a number of popular formats including CSV, KML, Shapefile, DWG, and Geodatabase for use with your preferred desktop application.
